About Okan Toys
Okan Toys has manufactured stress springs, two-tone team colour springs and pop bag prank toys at its own facility in Istanbul since 1997 — nearly three decades in the same product category.
We are a manufacturer, not a trading company. When you contact us you are speaking to the people who run the production line, which means direct answers on specification, materials, tooling and compliance rather than information relayed through an intermediary.
All production is tested by accredited independent laboratories against EN 71-1, EN 71-2 and EN 71-3, with phthalate and PAH testing. Goods are ready for the European and UK markets as supplied, and test reports are provided with any quotation on request.
What we optimise for: consistency between orders, minimum quantities small enough for a buyer to test a line without risk, and lead times that make sourcing from Turkey genuinely faster than sourcing from the Far East.

Shipping and Terms
We quote FOB Istanbul as standard and can provide CIF to your nominated port — Hamburg, Rotterdam, Felixstowe, Constanța, Jeddah or Dubai among others. Stock lines dispatch within 24 hours of order confirmation. Road freight reaches most of Europe within days; sea freight to Gulf ports is considerably shorter than from Asia. Carton quantities, dimensions and gross weight are confirmed with every quotation so you can calculate landed cost accurately.
